Christian was born and raised in Haiti, to Haitian parents. He grew up in a hospitality family. His maternal grandfather owned 2 hotels and 2 restaurants when he was a kid but he never really understood what it was and he wasn’t really exposed to the operational side of it.

TThe food was amazing. I tried the jerk chicken bites and the Steak Frites. Both were great but the jerk chicken was the winner. If you like spicy make sure you ask them to make it so! Overall the food was a 5/5. If you're in the citadel don't hesitate to try these

This is my second time coming here. I was expecting the food to taste the same, like excellence, but it tasted EVEN better. Every plate that I saw going out looked delicious which made it so hard to choose...
Everything that we ordered was delicious. The variety of flavors was my favorite . The meat was tender and juicy. Rice was definitely my number one choice. The sauces were perfectly crafted as well. I recommend trying them out or their food truck!
